Caramelized Onion and Goat Cheese Dip
Serves: Makes about 2 cups of dip
 
Ingredients
  • 1 large onion, sliced and caramelized (click here for instructions on caramelizing)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • Chips or vegetables, for serving
Instructions
  1. Combine caramelized onions, sour cream, goat cheese, and chives in the bowl of a food processor. Process until ingredients are well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Serve with chips or vegetables.
