Black Forest Ham & Manchego Sandwiches
Serves: 4-5 servings
 
Ingredients
  • 1 long French baguette (24 inches)
  • Blackberry jam or preserves
  • Stone ground mustard
  • 8-10 ounces Black Forest Ham
  • 6-8 ounces Manchego cheese, cut into thin slices
  • 1-2 cups loosely packed baby spring lettuce mix
Instructions
  1. Slice baguette lengthwise. One the top half, spread a thick even layer of blackberry jam. On the bottom half, spread an even layer of stone ground mustard. Evenly distribute ham across mustard, and then top with cheese and lettuce. Replace top half of baguette. Slice and serve.
