Orange Cranberry Sauce
Serves: 8 servings
 
Ingredients
  • 16 ounces cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until sauce thickens up a bit and all the cranberries have burst, about 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick, and serve. Can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerator until ready to use.
